Registration Entitlements
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
• Attendance to all conference sessions
• Attendance at the Welcome Dinner
• Saturday morning Yoga class
• Delegate pack with conference program
• Lunch, morning and afternoon tea on the conference day
• Membership of IAPA

Please complete the Registration Form (PDF 44Kb) and forward it along with payment to the Conference Office or alternatively register online. Each registrant must complete a separate form.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REGISTRATION
All registrations will be acknowledged by email (where possible) with confirmation of requirements according to the submitted Registration Form and upon receipt of full payment. The Registration Form attached is an approved Tax Invoice by the Australian Tax Office.

PAYMENT
Full payment must accompany Registration Forms, with cheque/bank drafts made payable to "IAPA Conference 2004". Please print the delegates name and organisation on the back of the cheques and bank drafts. Accepted credit cards are
Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, American Express and Diners.

REGISTRATION FEE CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday 26 October 2004 will be accepted and fees refunded less $50 administration fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be accepted, however transfer of registration to another person will be accepted. All
cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Office.

The Conference Exhibition is located in Carillon Room on Level 1 of the Hotel Sofitel. The exhibition is open during the hours listed below:
